That email will include instructions on how to login to the private course portal where you will find the program schedule and where you will later access retreat details, videos and transcripts, and study materials.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. You can also simply follow these steps to access the course website:

• Wait for 10 minutes after your purchase
• Go to the Login Page
• Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link (or login if you have previously purchased an online program from Thomas Hübl)
• Enter the same email address you used when purchasing
• You will receive an email titled “Reset password instructions” within a few minutes. You will need to reset your password right away, because the link expires for your security.
• Once you have logged in to the site, you will find the Understanding Collective Trauma course in your Library
