“The foundation for establishing trauma-informed leadership lies in cultivating and deepening your own presence.”

— THOMAS HÜBL

“Doing one own’s inner work is essential to being able to do transformative work in organizations.”

The Work Has Changed. Have You?

Working with leaders and organizations is markedly different from what it was like even a few years ago. Ongoing uncertainty, sustained pressure, economic instability, political polarization, and collective anxiety shape the context in which your clients operate.

For coaches and consultants, this has changed the work itself. Approaches that once supported listening, conflict resolution, and collaboration are less effective when stress and defensiveness run quietly in the background.

Not because people are unwilling or incapable, but because these adaptive challenges place real limits on attention, perspective, and relational capacity.

Trauma-informed approaches support the distinctly human capacities that allow you to remain grounded and attuned when leaders and teams come under pressure, so you can respond with attunement, discernment, and empathy while honoring the boundary between coaching and therapy.

Join Thomas Hübl and Amy Elizabeth Fox for a live conversation on what has shifted in today’s workplace and the core principles of trauma-informed coaching and consulting. They will also introduce an upcoming training on this topic.
